Sushant Singh Rajput’s family accuse Rhea Chakraborty for Sushant’s death, file police complaint

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father has filed a police complaint against actor Rhea Chakraborty, who was Sushant’s girlfriend at the time Sushant ended his life.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s family have accused her of abetment to suicide, alleging that she cheated him financially and mentally harassed him.

The First Information Report (FIR) was filed at Sushant’s hometown in Patna, where his family lives.




The FIR statement alleges:

a)“Rhea Chakraborty transferred ₹15 crore from Sushant’s bank account in the last one year”

b)“Sushant’s credit cards, bank accounts were run by Rhea and her family”



c)“On June 8th, Rhea left with Sushant’s cash, jewellery”

d)“Rhea had his medical records and threatened to make it public”

A four-member team of Patna Police have left for Mumbai to probe the case.

The 34-year-old actor had died by suicide last month, the police had said, reigniting a huge debate about mental health.

Earlier this month, Rhea Chakraborty in the post on Instagram wrote, “Still struggling to face my emotions… an irreparable numbness in my heart… You are the one who made me believe in love.”

She had also called for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into Sushant’s death tagging the Federal Home Minister Amit Shah.

The Maharashtra Police who is now investigating the death has questioned over 40 people from the movie industry investigating allegations of professional rivalry link.

Who was Sushant Singh Rajput: 




Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, born in the eastern state of Bihar, Rajput dropped out of a university course in engineering to pursue a career in acting and dance.

His Bollywood breakthrough came in the 2013 film Kai Po Che, which won acclaim at the Berlin film festival.

The actor’s last film which hit the big screen was Chhichhore and it was released last year.

“Dil Bechara”, his last movie was released online on Friday on Disney+ Hotstar and has drawn praise from critics.
