The pace of leaks about OnePlus 7T series phones have been increasing over the past few weeks.
The OnePlus 7T is expected to get a massive upgrade when compared to its predecessor the OnePlus 7. Two leaked specification sheets of the rumoured OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro on Twitter seem to more or less look legitimate.
The sheet suggests that the OnePlus 7T will get an upgraded 6.5-inch Optic AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400×1080 (Full HD+, not Quad HD+) a refresh rate of 90 Hz and support for HDR10+.
The phone is expected to use a Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset with 8GB RAM and a choice between 128GB as well as 256GB storage.
The big upgrade here is the rear cameras which now are said to sport a 48-megapixel main camera with F1.6 lens and OIS +EIS stability along with a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and a 16-megapixel wide-angle camera with 120-degree field of view. The camera can also record 960fps slow motion videos and will get a new macro mode.
The front camera remains unchanged at 16-megapixels.
The battery of the OnePlus 7T should be boosted to 3800mAh with a newer and faster Warp Charge 30T that’s claimed to charge 20 per cent faster than OnePlus 7 Pro.
The OnePlus 7T Pro remains mostly unchanged when compared to the OnePlus 7 Pro, except for a few areas such as the chip, battery, and new camera modes. However, its battery will be slightly bigger at 4085 mAh.
Both the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro are said to come with Oxygen OS based on Android 10.
A couple of hours after this article was published, OnePlus tweeted the launch days for the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro. The unveil events for the OnePlus 7T series would be take place on the 26th of September in India and North America. A special event for Europe is planned on the 10th of October.
