Sachin Pilot or Ashok Gehlot, who will be Rajasthan CM?

The Congress Party reached the halfway mark in Rajasthan, but still 1 short of a majority. The Congress will definitely for the government with the help of the SP, BSP or the others.  However remember the Congress will have to bow down for a tough bargain whoever chooses to side with them.

Sachin Pilot would've been an ideal choice of Chief Minister in Rajasthan but since it hasn't reached the majority mark the Chief Minister could be taken up by Ashok Gehlot.

The sitting Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje resigned and accepted the peoples mandate.

The show is still not over, the CM face of the Congress still needs to be decided and you never know if the BJP makes some backdoor arrangements to steal the win away from the Congress.

Below were the highlights during the course of the day.

(this is a live blog has been halted please stay tuned for final results by end of day)
