Russian scientists came up with a bizarre idea of of mixing meat and ice cream together and the final product was named – Ice Meat.
The ice meat was first introduced to the public at the Belagro-2020 exhibition in September.
Researchers poured the liquid containing dairy products and the meat in the ice cream churner. After a while, what comes out, is the ice meat that has a little thicker consistency than soft-serve ice cream.
Senior researcher at the meat products department Irina Kaltovich, while talking about the ice cream said, “The meat ice cream is a refreshing original healthy product that is perfect for a light snack.”
The Ice Meat consists of both protein and fat. It also has no artificial sugar added to it which makes it edible for people with diabetes as well.
