PM Narendra Modi and 57 ministers take oath of office at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Narendra Modi took oath for the second time as Prime Minister today after a spectacular win in the national elections a week ago. With PM Modi and 57 ministers joined him in the swearing-in held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in the presence of 8,000 guests.

Amit Shah the man behind the victory of the BJP in 2014 and 2019 took oath as a cabinet minister, apart from him Smriti Irani, Rajnath Singh and several others took oath of office after Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Sushma Swaraj, Manoj Sinha, Mahesh Sharma, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Arun Jaitley, KJ Alphons, Hansraj Ahir, Maneka Gandhi, Radha Mohan Singh, Suresh Prabhu, Anant Geete, Uma Bharti and Jayant Sinha who were part of the first Modi government did not find spot in the Union cabinet anymore.
