A man stopped for speeding in central Florida blamed Vladimir Putin for driving too fast and getting a speeding ticket.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a man in Palm Coast on February 24 for going 50 miles-per-hour in a 30 mph zone.

In the video, the man at the wheel of a white Dodge Challenger initially told the deputy he got distracted while trying to get the dashboard out of “sport” mode.
The man then said he wanted to get home. He said, “I just found out that Putin is, just says he’s going to launch nuclear thermal war against the world. I was trying to get back to my house to find out what was going on.”
The driver even ran a stop sign with a deputy sitting right at the intersection.
