Man allegedly AirDrops lewd pictures of himself to fellow passenger on flight

A man was accused of sending lewd photos of himself to his fellow passengers on a flight, as seen in a TikTok video viewed more than five million times.

TikTok user @daddystrange333 shared the video and said she accepted the photos from a man she referred to as “Larry.” Once she saw who sent the images, she immediately alerted a flight attendant.

“I saw his iPad had airdrop open so I knew it was him, and yes, I sure did make a scene,” read the caption of @daddystrange333’s video.

Apple’s AirDrop feature allows Apple users to share and receive photos and documents.

“You can put your AirDrop receiving setting to Contacts Only or Receiving Off at any time to control who can see your device and send you content in AirDrop,” Apple stated.

Devices that have an incoming AirDrop receive an alert that is accompanied by a preview, and users can choose to accept or decline the content.

In her first video, @daddystrange333 is heard calling the flight attendant over to explain what just happened.

The camera is pointed directly at Larry as the flight attendant asked him if he sent the photos to the passengers, to which he nodded.

When she asked him why he sent the images to passengers, he shrugged before saying he was “just having a little fun.”

“It’s sexual harassment, disgusting, it is assault,” @daddystrange333 said to Larry.

Before the video ended, Larry apologized.

In a second video, the text over @daddystrange333’s clip stated that she met with a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent and was told Larry was arrested.
