Donald Trump says India, China, Russia have no sense of pollution and cleanliness

The US President Donald Trump attacked the big developing economies over climate change. President Trump said India, China and Russia don’t have “good” air or water and they don’t fulfil their responsibilities towards the environment. He made these remarks while giving an interview to a British TV channel.

Strangely President Trump was also the only world leader, who decided to exit from the Paris Agreement on climate change, stating it was all blown up out of proportion. Moreover, he claimed the United States had one of the “cleanest climates” in the world.

In the interview President Trump said “We [He and Prince Charles] were gonna have a 15 minute chat… and it turned out to be an hour and a half…he did most of the talking. He [Prince Charles] is really into climate change.”

“China, India, Russia, many other nations, they have not very good air, not very good water, and the sense of pollution and cleanliness. I did say that the United States is among the cleanest climates there are based on all statistics and it is even getting better,” Trump added.

The Trump family were on a three day state visit to the United Kingdom. He held talks with PM May, and met with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles during his stay.
