A Britain court on tuesday sentenced a fanatical neo-nazi couple to a six and a half year prison for naming their new born son after ‘Adolf Hitler’. The couple were charged under anti-terror laws in the United Kingdom.
The father Adam Thomas (22) was sentenced to six and a half years in prison and the Portuguese mother Claudia Patatas (38) was sentenced to five years in prison. The verdict was announced by judge Melbourne Inman at Birmingham Crown Court.

The couple were among six people sentenced for membership of National Action a famous right-wing group banned under anti-terror laws.
The judge, Inman in the verdict stated the National Action wanted “the overthrow of democracy in this country by serious violence and murder, and the imposition of a Nazi-style state which would eradicate whole sections of society by such violence and mass-murder”.
The couple named their child’s middle name “Adolf”, the couple had a long history of violent and racist beliefs.
When their house was searched, the police found swastika cushions scattered all around and they also found photographs of Thomas cradling his son while wearing white robes of Ku Klux Klan.
The couple’s close friend Darren Fletcher who was also jailed on Tuesday for five years for the same crime, taught his daughter to give a Nazi salute.
Three other members of the banned group National Action were sentenced by the Birmingham Crown Court.
