Couple convert abandoned school into $2.37 million mansion with basketball court, arcade and 30-car garage

A Pennsylvania couple converted an abandoned school into a mansion with thirty garage spaces is being listed online for $2.375 million.

The couple transformed an old school into a ranch-style home.

The home, which is located in Mount Morris was built in 1965 for school use, Perry Elementary School until it was renovated into a mansion.

The listing for the property online reveals the home has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and is one floor. The garage is capable of holding up to 30 vehicles.

Indoor basketball court

Once inside, owners will be treated to an award-winning kitchen with a large pantry and not one, but two kitchen islands.

The family room of the home is large and open, with a kitchenette included. The bedrooms have custom closets and bathrooms that are being described as ‘spa-like.’

There home includes an indoor basketball court, an arcade, and a spacious home gym.

According to the New York Post, the elementary school had been abandoned before its face lift by the current couple five years ago.


The couple is planning on retiring to a lakefront property after they collect their desired millions for the sale of the mansion.

It’s not clear when the school was abandoned.

The property recently went viral on TikTok, where the Zillowtastrophes showed off some of the pictures of the once abandoned, now stunning property.

The video has racked up more than 409,000 likes on the social media platform.
