China will retaliate against US & Canada over Huawei

Many US and Canadian companies are bracing for a fallout after the arrest of Huawei's chief financial officer.

Meng Wanzhou, Huawei's CFO, is was granted bail in Canada, but is under 24 x 7 surveillance. She faces extradition to the United States, as she is accused of helping Huawei go around the financial sanctions on Iran.

Huawei is China's gateway to the world, it's the worlds largest smart phone maker, and sells more phones than Apple. It also is the world's largest telecommunication equipment maker.

Beijing won't sit back and watch, China has been extremely aggressive and it will fight back.

At the moment China has arrested 2  Canadian business executives, a tit for tat response.  President Trump suggested that he will use Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou as pawn to negotiate a great trade deal for the United States.

Most of the western CEO would need to run away from China, silicon valley executives are watching the events very closely.

The Chinese people after the arrest of Meng Wanzhou have ignited the nationalism debate once again. If the Chinese government intensifies the cry, China might shut Apple shops or boycott the iPhones and prefer local brands like Vivo, Oppo or Huawei.

If the anti-US sentiments major establishments like General Motors, KFC or McDonald's might have to be prepared for any eventuality.

Quite recently South Korea tested US made missile from its soil, the Chinese then started boycotting Hyundai automobiles and Samsung.

However China has the option of slower visa and increase a stricter vigil for the American citizens visiting China.

China can hit back at the United States and Canada with cyber attacks, and cut down trade with China even more. Today the United States is more dependant on Chinese than the Chinese are for the Americans. President trump needs to intervene before matters go out of hand.
